Conditional Approval of Preliminary Plat

A preliminary plat is required when an individual or developer is planning to subdivide property for development.

Conditional Approval of Preliminary Plat must include:

• A completed application
• Recorded Deed
• Fees
  Major Subdivision                       $ 200.00 + $ 20.00 per lot
  Minor Subdivision                       $ 200.00
  Final Plat                                  $ 100.00
