Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment

An application for a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment must be submitted when requesting change of the current land use of a property.

The request for a comprehensive plan map amendment must include:

• Detailed Description of Requested Change
• Fees
  Regular FLUM or policies amendment                 $ 750.00
  Small Scale FLUM Amendment                          $ 250.00
  Copy of Comprehensive Plan 9 Volume 11)          $   20.00
