Building Permit Application Process

Residential and Commercial

The following procedure is required to expedite the permit application and inspection process.

The plan review process by the Building Department is to ensure that all code requirements are met. Therefore, a completed application package will be required prior to review and issuance of a permit. The only exception to these requirements will be electrical service upgrade, re-roofing, various remodeling and mobile home set up permits.
