A. Foresite Towers, LLC – a Wireless Telecommunications Facility (new tower), includes a 300-foot self- supporting tower on a .23-acre lease parcel, site is located approximately 800 feet east of Highway 71, on the south side of Dove Nest Lane, Greenwood, in unincorporated Jackson County, Florida.

IV. Other Business

A. Malloy’s Traffic Analysis – John Sewell, Representative of Kimley, Horn & Associates will be present to discuss the traffic study analysis for the Malloy Plaza area.

B. Revised draft of the Landscape Ordinance.
